Prevent Windows from hibernating

There are several processes on my Windows gaming PC that are critical, but sometimes they are affected overnight because Windows will tell my beloved machine to turn down the volume. My machine has the necessary cooling, so I am happy to make these processes work.

There is a setting in the UI that allows you to prevent Windows from hibernating but disabling it does not seem to work. Want to really prevent sleep and hibernation? Use “Run as Administrator” to open the Command Prompt application and use the following two commands:

C:Windowssystem32> powercfg.exe /h off

When I am not using a PC, I noticed that the performance of these processes is better, so I think everything is fine! Keep these Windows processes running at maximum power!
