Ember Times-Issue 95

What’s wrong with Emberistas! ๐Ÿน

This week you can learn about the component template juxtaposition RFC ๐Ÿ–‡๏ธ, the story behind ember-model-select๐Ÿ“”, the release of ember-intl-analyzer ๐Ÿš€ and the announcement of EmberFest 2019๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ฐ!

@chancancode An RFC was opened around putting the classes and templates of the component in the same directory on the file system. The suggested change is to change the template from app/templates/components enter app/components Directory, put it together with the JavaScript file of the component.

This change provides component class/template coupling, a single source of truth for components, and resolves the deviation from the routing template agreement and the lack of a single import. If you want more information, please check RFC #481. Read, comment and spread information about it! ๐Ÿ–Š๏ธ
