What are the improvements? SA was fun as an aimless romp, but the driving engine blew and the missions were kinda generic.
Personally, I always preferred the Driver franchise. Yeah, even Driv3r. The cop AI was wretched, but you could still get some manic chases going. GTA never managed to come up to scratch on that score.
The combat system's been improved - allowing you to duck and far from behind cover. And the driving engine's apparently been revamped.
It's kind of a moot point now though - A PS3 will soon be making its way to me. GTA IV is sold out until May 7th though.
May 7th - the day my already fragile social life will collapse entirely.
