Yet - in wonderful BBC logic - an over-run of the footie would have seen 'Doctor Who' bumped from the schedules until next week.
And people wonder why I hate sport.

Did they bump the Doc?
Over here I do miss Dr Who. I've just commented at the Drummer's.
No, Watford were trashed 3-1, so the Doc was on time.
I love sport as well, but it was thankfully clear fairly early on that no extra time wd be needed. On the other hand, there had been some talk of a Who double bill this week, which would have been ace.
Speaking of sport and drama - Life on Mars final ep vs Man U 7 Roma 1 was a real bugger of an hour.
